Hiring the right people for your Startup

Here’s the formula:

• inherent smartness and problem solving ability

• specialist in 1-2 domains and a generalist overall

• extremely coachable and adaptable (most important)

• intrinsically motivated and highly ambitious

• very very hard and long working

• professional chemistry with the person who is hiring

• good at hiring other folks

• believes in some work life balance but not too much (you need people in the beginning who go all in with you)
