When we think about being the first product for a particular need or niche - it’s always about the Product. But something that all of us must remember is that if you find a unique Traction Channel and you’re the first one to do that - the result is mind blowing. The best companies invent their Traction Channels and continuously focus on finding new ways to acquire users. Either it’s a completely new Traction Channel or it’s an existing Traction Channel but executed 10x better with innovation and invention.

Unacademy: They used YouTube as traction like no one else especially when they pivot to live classes - Banners on other YouTubers channels and making them like subsidiary accounts.
As you may already have aware of, Mrunal sir used to take sessions analysis of Indian Express daily on his YouTube channel. But he has stopped it, I don't know why.
I feel It was very good traction channel for unacademy, because of his teaching methodology and because he is very authentic about things. And when he asks people to take unacademy subscription, people do trust him and take the subscription. His daily current affairs video's views used to be around 100k.
I've personally seen many people, firstly they started watching those current affairs videos by him and then taken the subscription.
But I don't know why he has stopped making those videos.
So my request is that please bring him again, and please ask him to continue making those current affairs videos, they used to be very helpful.
